Objective: The objective of this activity is to provide easier access to decent medical transportation services for the community in the Jabodetabek area, specifically for the free transport of patients and deceased persons. Furthermore, the program aims to alleviate the financial burden on the community in obtaining healthcare services and to ensure the availability of responsive, safe, and high-quality services to reach those in need in a timely and targeted manner.
Challenges:
In the implementation of medical transportation services in Jabodetabek, there are several challenges to consider, including:

- Limited availability of fleets compared to the total volume of community needs

Solutions:
As an effort to answer the needs for medical transportation services in Jabodetabek, this program presents several solutions, including:
- Providing free ambulance services for the transport of patients, the deceased, and other community needs
- Implementing a structured operational system, ranging from the booking process to delivery
- Applying service standards through the use of work attributes and personal protective equipment by drivers
- Providing responsive services to ensure transport can be carried out quickly and on time
- Managing service coverage for both inner-city and outer-city areas according to community needs
Program Impact:
The implementation of this program has delivered a positive impact on the community, including:
- Increased community access to decent and free medical transportation services
- Successfully serving 456 trips during the period of January–December 2025, reaching 152% of the target
- High utilization of services for patient transport (87.94%), indicating the primary need for healthcare access
- Services reached the community extensively, both within the city (85%) and outside the city (15%)
- Providing equitable benefits to both male and female recipients
- Improved service quality through safe, orderly, and responsive operations

A Concrete Step for Healthcare Access

Amid the need for fast, safe, and affordable healthcare, access to medical transportation remains a challenge for many. Through the Adira Finance Syariah Free Ambulance Program in Jabodetabek, patient and funeral transport services are provided to offer ease of access without the burden of costs. Throughout the period of January to December 2025, this program has completed 456 trips, with a dominance of patient services, demonstrating the high community demand for decent and responsive medical transportation.
The collaboration between Adira Finance Syariah and Filantra is a concrete manifestation of care in delivering more inclusive healthcare services. This program not only helps lighten the community’s burden but also ensures that services are accessible quickly and accurately, especially in the Jabodetabek area.
