In the implementation of this program, several challenges must be addressed to ensure that the aid is distributed optimally and accurately targeted, including: Increasing demand for food commodities approaching Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, which affects the affordability for underprivileged communities Limited purchasing power of the community in meeting daily basic needs Challenges in ensuring the aid is received by groups that are truly in need Coordination between involved parties, ranging from the corporation and social organizations to volunteers on the ground The distribution process in densely populated areas such as North Jakarta, which requires effective management The need for strong synergy to ensure the program runs on time and provides maximum benefits
Solutions :
This program presents a solution through the direct distribution of essential food packages to registered underprivileged communities in the North Jakarta area. Through the collaboration between PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk and the Yayasan Relawan Simpatisan Indonesia (RELASI), the distribution process is organized so that aid can be received in an orderly and accurately targeted manner. The provision of basic food packages such as rice, sugar, and cooking oil serves as a concrete step to help meet the community’s basic needs, especially approaching the month of Ramadan.
