  • Employees faced significant obstacles in commuting to the office due to numerous flooded, cut-off, or severely congested roads.
  • Floods potentially disrupted electricity and internet networks in the office and surrounding areas. Consequently, online banking systems, transactions, and internal communications were hampered, which could halt the bank’s core business activities.
  • For employees able to work from home, they still faced challenges such as a non-conducive work environment, mental pressure, and health risks.

Solution:
As a tangible form of care and social responsibility, PT Bank DKI launched a Clean Water and Ready-to-Eat Meals Assistance Program for employees affected by the floods. This program is designed as a practical solution to address the fundamental challenges faced by employees, ensuring access to adequate drinking water and proper nutrition during the emergency.
