In efforts to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya regularly conducts measurements of the community satisfaction index regarding the company’s performance.
SOLUTION:
In general, residents around RW 06, Utan Kayu Selatan Village, East Jakarta, are highly satisfied with the performance of the corporate social responsibility program implemented by PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya through the Electrifiying Agriculture Empowerment Program – Smart Farming Kampung Sehat Green Puspa.Measurements conducted across eight dimensions of satisfaction reveal the following:
The level of public satisfaction with the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya through the Empowerment Program Electrifiying Agriculture – Smart Farming Kampung Sehat Green Puspa is very high across all dimensions measured, with respondents giving scores above 90 (Very Satisfied) in the areas of Commitment and Governance Management (96.03), Environmental Perception (96.03), Alignment with Local Potential (95.88), Quality of Support (95.59), Participation (95.25), Enthusiasm (95.07), Economy (92.87), and Sustainability (92.06).
The commitment, competence, and synergy of PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya’s corporate social responsibility program with the Electrifiying Agriculture Empowerment Program – Smart Farming Kampung Sehat Green Puspa are the main strengths of PT PLN (Persero) UID Jakarta Raya’s CSR performance.
